On a monetary default, the tenant has 10 calendar days to cure after written notice. Non-monetary defaults carry a 30-day cure period (extended for diligent cure). If uncured, the landlord may terminate, accelerate remaining rent at a 4% discount rate, and recover attorneys' fees. SNDA protections with the mortgagee remain in effect.
